Is there a reason why the latest news for my games seems to be stuck/back to front on my library page? As in, the top news item for terarria is still from June 2nd. TF2 is still dated from back in May. But newer items are below?

No. I guess that will be my next port of call. Yuk :(
Just a quick post in case anyone else has this problem.
It's a bug, and the latest beta didn't mention anything about being fixed so here it goes the fix:
Exit Steam, then go to Steam/appcache/ folder and delete htmlcache folder and it will work. The problem is that the fix works for a couple of days and then the news stops being updated, so just delete the folder again, and so on...
