It's increasingly common for what we think are 'bots' to actually be people in forum posting sweatshops. The incoherence comes from a lack of decent English skills.
I was actually going to say something similar. While it wasn't sweat-shop level, when my wife lost her job she started taking whatever she could, including taking random editing jobs. These included writing reviews for things (and to her credit she put a lot more effort and research into them than I'm sure most people did), sitting there for hours typing out CAPTCHAs, and the like. I don't think she ever did forum posts where you try to fit in and embed links, but I was just going to point out that when you're hard up for money, you take what you can to get by. :/
