Well, i have a mouse wich the Compan has no driver for.
I recently, as in today, bought a pretty cheap (but pretty) wireless mouse from HAMA, the Hama 00050418 Knallbunt.
Two of it's buttons are used to change the DPI and the Browser.
I want to at least try and change one of these buttons to something else.
That is why i set out to get the driver for that mouse, but alas it isn't listed in any of hamas lists.
Is there a way to change that?
Some kind of programm that lets me choose and change as i wish?

First up - it's not in this list then??
Assuming you're using the Microsoft 'generic' mouse driver, it will only see 3 buttons (left, right, centre).
DPI buttons on a lot of mice are hardwired inside the mouse - in fact, if DPI/speed changes without a driver being installed, that's DEFINATELY the case...
The browser button is interesting - without a driver it would have to be firing the standard Media 'Web Home' event and that is something you can remap .
First thing - run any game which allows you to map keys/buttons and see if any of the extra buttons are recognised by the game.
If not, download Sharpkeys and see if it recognises either of the buttons (I suspect the Browser one will trigger as 'Web Home' - if so, you can map it to any other key you like and then map THAT key in-game).Creator of Steam Greenlight LITE
