    Steam offering refunds for From Dust after all?

    I've closed my refund ticket a few days ago because that site wasn't right back then, and I just received a mail that they answered it, specifically with this.



    I'm not sure if people who didn't send a refund ticket previously will be able to get one, can someone try?

    Yeah, I was about to post this. A friend of mine just received the same message.

    So they actually are doing refunds. Shock! Horror!

    Ah. Yes it's probably an unnecessary precaution on Valve's part at this point, but there's clearly someone awake at the office who realises that one thing they absolutely don't want to risk is having government trade regulatory agencies crawling all over Steam's TOS/EULAs. Who knows what they might find objectionable?

    I just received the same response to my Steam ticket and gladly responded that I would like a refund.
