Well, luckily my quote is mostly intentional misquoting. Id like to keep it just that.

My only request is that you spare at least some of the animated gifs.

all gifs must die (actually, I dont dislike them that much, but I dont like them in a more or less serious discussion.)

    Maybe this would be a good opportunity to turn someones attention to this thread i made in may;
    http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/foru...ypeless-review

    - and all that has been posted in it by the Quantacat, Anthille and others in it. Baring a few people who replied in normal manner.

The invented lies, the strawman arguments, the blatant ad hominems and the insults and then locking the thread and giving me some sort of short ban - on account of those same lies, strawmans, ad hominems and insults posted by Quantacat and several other posters.

A true example of excellence of the moderator and several posters. And probably this whole site, well under way to self congratulation and self back slapping while inventing strawman accusations about others and flinging insults at anyone they dont like for any reason.

While its actually a text book example of rather laughable and pathetic internet bullying caused just by not wanting to accept or even hear actual facts about one particular game beta.

Which is falsely and inaccurately represented in ALL articles posted about it on the site. Worst of all being those written by Alec Meer which are nothing more then superficial, larping, hype infested, inaccurate articles written by someone who isnt fit to write about RPG games, especially those of such style as W2 pretends to be.

Mind you, I am not saying it was intentional or planned. (the articles i mean)
Kindly be capable of understanding at least that.

But they are factually and actually devoid of any objectivity, facts, or any sort of investigative journalism - however laughable that term has become in the last few years when talking about game media.

RPS does still produce an occasional such higher quality article about different games or the game business in general, but it is not the case with any of the Wasteland 2 articles.

Your choice of a moderator, as evidenced by that thread posts, specifically quantacat, is a screaming mistake at best.
    Intentional at worst.

    Work.

And not really feeling any need to post on a forum like this. But i did feel there is a need to turn someones attention to that outburst of "excellence" and false accusations, anyway. It just wasnt any priority or rush to do so quickly.

errm... thanks for such positive reaction to my short return. i certainly didnt expect that.

But i get that the distinction is hard to grasp for someone who is a halfwit.
Im surprised you can read at all.
    "Excessively" ... - harrumph.
feel free to provide a single proof of that, mr "payed for reviews" psychological projection, before spouting empty obvious lies again.
Ever heard about the condition of logical fallacy? Ad hominems? Ring a bell?
How about internet psychologist? Still nothing?
his own "internet bullying" psychological problems
    It's all in the tone.

    And yes I totally am
taking my answers out of context, pasting them together and forgetting to post any of the posts those were replies to.
    It's half the fun.

That said, your RPG-plans sound neat so best of luck with that.

:) It is fun, but only because youre straight about it.

Anyone interested will be able to go look and see the actual order of insults, lies, replies.
Of course, the usual internet "rough talk and fun" or whatever you call it, isnt the issue or the problem there.

And no, its not in the "tone" either.

    +1 this.

We are not he U.N. if somebody contribution is pixels and it don't occupy too much space, and are not too obnoxious. I don't see how anybody should care.

Also maybe mixing some jokes with some serious discussion can be good for the bottom line.

    Can be stress relief.

Can be a way to say something that is hard to say in other way.

    - - -

And now I am going to use the thread for is intended purpose.

What is the opinion of moderators about big obnoxious signatures?

Its weird but my sig is set to minimum size, but on my cell it still looks the same size as everything else. Considering removing that stuff again.
