Windows 8 won't boot: c: drive now appears to be e:

Any tips? I can still boot into my Ubuntu partition, and am currently runninng "sudo badblocks -v" on each parititon. Then I'll try a virus check, and then I guess I try and copy off as many useful files as I can, and wipe my old c partition and try and make a new one.

Crappy timing, right at the start of my holiday!
