    aRtemis sPaceship bridge Simulator

Has there been / is there now any interest in Artemis? I would love to try that one out but my regular gaming group isn't interested in that kind of stuff. Could we get an RPS crew?

well in LAN I can run it fine, and it works, but Ive had problems with running servers in the immediate past, so its possible I cant get it to access the 'net.

YES! It is fucking awesome. Definitely not for playing every day, but if you get a good team together, which we did yesterday, it is a blast.

Hell, we even had a scottish engineer. (and weapons guy AND science guy)

    My team so far:

    Kwisatz
    Laldy
    Tink
    Cait

We worked really well together, and if anyone is up for some more, I will gladly lead them into combat.

If we get more players, we can start doing coop missions with multiple ships against the computer.

For anyone new to the game, I suggest trying it out by yourself, just to get your bearings. You can run a server, then run the executable again to connect to that server. Just use the lowest difficulty and all should be fine.

As for specifics, I found this weapons page (and Im sure they have other pages detailing the other stations as well):

Is this still going on? With the new cheap price it's really come into my "take a punt on this" price range

and we had 3 more games tonight! two ships, 5 players each. I took the lead on both this time, except for the last game, but it was a bunch of fun. If youre looking for more organised play, Ill put up some events to the group, so you should get a notification if you join.

    Modding Artemis Spaceship Sim:

I heavily recommend using the Modloader (found here) where you can choose the best mods that make the game very interesting. I recommend the Star Trek TNG mod, as it adds a crapload of content and makes the game purrdier. However, you can always switch back to unmodded standard game.
