4 images limit per thread is extremely low
The forum administration team should increase it

Per post, not per tread.
But yes doubling it wouldn't be bad.

I don't know, I kinda like it. Can you imagine how terribad the Screenshots thread would be with all the people who quote an entire post, pictures included, just to write a one line text reply?

I actually think it's a sensible limit. I know when I'm posting some, I choose precisely which ones I want to show and if they're worth showing at all. A sort of editing process, I suppose. If you're posting in the screenshot thread, I don't think anyone has any problems at all with you doing chain posts (within reason), but you can always link to more if you need to.

First time I am informed of this restriction, so let me try try:
Oh, yeah, 4 pictures at most, so you guys want more......

Now that I checked OP's thread in the promotion forum, I agree the image limit should be increased. It's a well made thread but it's boring as hell to manage the image links provided.

Shes hot, also the nodding pic is hilarious. Wouldn't having thumbnail pictures solve the problem?

I dislike mandatory thumbnails, they, wait... I just thought about the word and it's origin... Thumb nails... *shudders*... That's creepy.
Mandatory thumbnails ruin the narrative use of pictures in AAR's and such.

Personally, I like the mandatory thumbnail thing, but only if it can be automated. And it can't (in the sense of smaller file size images), so there isn't much point. A smaller (visually) image doesn't really serve a purpose since it will still sodomize browsers on the screenshot and youtube thread and most images are already small enough that they only disrupt threads when morons are spamming four of them per post to say how much they disagree with someone without actually using a single word.
That being said (and this is probably more a thing for Jams), it would be nice to have the vbulletin extensions to allow people to default all images to "click to expand" text. Purely optional and mostly for those of us who are sick of the growing trend for people to post a shit-ton of meme images, but could be nice. And with THAT, I would actually be okay with increasing the "images per post" count.Steam: Gundato
