Can someone translate this for me
Anyone here speak legalese? Or is at least not hungover? Can someone translate this privacy agreement for me into very small words and simple sentences? I am brutally hungover and the words just ain't absorbing into my brain for me to be able to compute them, from the few sentences I did get through without my mind going 'nope' it seems pretty hardcore, is that some snowden biznis or is it pretty standard? Not gonna have anyone at the microsoft head office shocked at the sheer length and breadth of my midget porn collection and writing me a very concerned letter am I?
Also, anyone tried to load up Planetside 2 on W10? That's my only short term gaming concern. I'm overdue for a reformat and I can't find my W7 dvd (I found the serial but alas, that's not much good without a dvd), and I don't feel like buying 8.1 to use for what, 6 months?

tl;dr version: don't pirate stuff on the Windows 10 preview, don't mention kiddie porn in writing or while speech-to-text is on.
In case you do Microsoft won't contact you or take any action other than telling the cops.
I doubt they would do that anyway.
You can download a Windows 7 .iso from Microsoft for free. Here's a list of all versions. Or just grab a torrent. You're paying for the key, not for the software. If you can't write a DVD, either mount the iso with Daemon Tools or whatever, or make a bootable USB stick (which is super-fast).

Well I'm not a broke teenager no more (I'm a broke man child now =D), rebought all me games on steam/origin as legit copies, even the ones I don't play anymore (trying to find a home for like 100 game box's at the moment).
And what say if someone were to hypothetically break into 'a' house and copy a bunch of mp3's onto 'a' computer, that just 'happen' to be bands somebody liked back in 2006 before they discovered youtube/pandora/online radio, hypothetically speaking of course, that person doesn't have to worry about it going all snowden on them? Pinky promise?

That voice to text thing, I wonder if I can find a list of the NSA trigger words that set off red flags and sit there yelling them into the microphone for 8 hours.
