Oh there turned out to still be an occasional BSOD, so I disabled all the Asus overclocking utlities and PC probe stuff then disabled the Intel Turbo stuff on the motherboard and that went away as well. I suspect the Motherboard is not the most stable model Asus ever produced as I found lots of other issues searching around the same error codes and they had similar boards or chipsets.

Nothing is taxing that CPU in the slightest so I'm really not bothered by not overclocking. I was actually underclocking before to save on electricity and to stop the flat being so hot.
