Seems like a rather restrictive questionnaire - seems it will provide very biased results. Also, agree with Nalano on the console only question.

If this is for a college course, I would strongly advise in setting up different options. ALWAYS include the official option of "none of the above" and "other". If you wish to be politically correct, "I do not wish to say" should be included in Age and gender question.

Also, are you looking for identified gender or biological gender? There's a difference that's being officially recognized here in Europe, assuming you are from Europe. (If not, you can totally be forgiven. :D)

I'm also going to say what I say to every uni researcher, do you mean biological sex or identified gender? Please remember gender is social construct for which male and female is a false dichotomy that doesn't represent the full population. I answered assuming you meant sex.

I think that's an American thing. There's no "gender"-box in most official German forms anymore, unless they're about biological gender for health reasons.

I just had a check of my British driving licence and it doesn't mention gender/sex. Can't remember the application form.

Doesn't really matter that there's no PC option. It's not like by picking your preferred console you're renouncing ever having liked PC gaming. :-P

Probably ought to be a "none of the above" option though, unless of course it's a survey that's specifically meant to be of console gamers/owners.
