Another reader here, thanks for writing and please keep at it.
I spent a lot of time with that mod from shortly before Beyond the Sword came out until shortly after it left beta, which makes it... mid-2007 until early 2009. I can't afford to get addicted to that again now so your writing makes a fine substitute. :-)
Well, as my last AAR seemed to go down quite well, I've returned to FfH2 for another game. The story starts here.

Ooh, this is good stuff! It may be just enough motivation to get back into FfH2 again after a year hiatus.
Get Rise from Erebus instead. I am liking it better, lots of new stuff and more development since FFH2 has been stagnant for 2+ years.
Thirteen new civs?! That sounds quite daunting to grapple with in addition to familiarizing myself with the FFH mechanics again. Pakoito, what's the mod's best selling point for you?
Bigger, better, more balanced and improved interface?

I tried some of them, but didn't get on that well. "more" doesn't always equal "better." but that's just a personal taste thing.
After a month of not playing Civ, I've returned to the game and am making good progress towards finishing :)
