Has anyone ever listened to Frightened Rabbit? New The Woodpile track is awesome and so is Swim Until You Can't See Land!

Yup I love 'em. Cursing myself a bit for not getting into them sooner as I was at uni in Glasgow when they started out (had a couple of friends who went to a lot of their gigs when Midnight Organ Fight was released, would love to have seen those performances). Still haven't seen them live but they are on my list.

I've been really into Frightened Rabbit lately too.

This past weekend it's been all Kanye West's new album, though, which isn't as good as My Dark Twisted Fantasy, but still pretty good:

I'm on another Oceansize trip. They're one of my absolute favourite bands and while Amplifier is an excellent alternative, it still is a huge loss.

Soundtrack from the Maniac remake, can grab it on the Death Waltz label. Synth goodness.

Maniac is the American Psycho of misogyny.

This little bastard gets stuck in my head all the time.

New Boards of Canada is leaving a me a bit cold. I'm consoling myself with this mix of obscure/rare early stuff:
