For me it is three things: Lindsey Stirling (that's listen not drool over her dancing), Garbage: Not Your Kind of People, which has become one of my favourite albums(especially Big Bright World and Blood for Poppies), and finally Muse: The 2nd Law, which is too weird to be good. It the first muse album I've bought and not enjoyed, except for the second track, Madness, which almost makes up for it.

Yes, it's great. I was aware of them in their more drone-y mode but was pleasantly surprised by this cover.

Been listening to Modern Life is War the whole morning, especially "My Love. My Way."-album. Probably the best melodic hardcore band there is, no breakdowns and no bs. Pure goodness.

New qotsa-album, like clockwork. Seems ok so far, no killer songs yet though.

Long Range's 2007 album "Madness And Me". Not a classic but good enough for a listen every now and then.

Mainly, Trippy Wicked & the Cosmic Children of the Knight.

Here, doing one of their acoustic covers-

And good call on Wovenhand, superb band who I wish would play in the UK.

Eh, I didn't like new NIN song. Don't know why, but well I didn't like anything from NIN since With Teeth and With Teeth I didn't like much too.

    I just love her.

I don't know why you didn't like it either. Year Zero, Ghosts I-IV and The Slip (although it was quite boring for me after fitst listening) are solid albums and have some of my fauvorite NIN songs (Zero-Sum, 1,000,000, Head Down). I also like that new track.

I've ordered the vinyl so I'm going to hold off until I get my grubby mitts on that before listening.

Also related I've just gone on a bit of a gig ticket splurge and bought tickets to see Sigur Rós at Wembley, The National at the Roundhouse in London and Eels in Oxford. Might round that off by buying Half Man Half Biscuit tickets (but that's dependent on whether I can get time off work). That's a handful of my absolute favourite bands (seen them all once with the exception of HMHB and they were great), needless to say I'm excited!

New Camera Obscura album. I'd share the song I'm listening to but there's a copyright claim against it.

World Order; their videos tend to be rather amusing.

"He has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to
the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to let the oppressed go free". ~
