In my opinion,Daniel Craig is a great actor not only because of Bond character.
Layer Cake is e great movie and he plays exceptionally there too. I like this movie also because of the performances of Sienna Miller(very beautifull woman) and Marcel Iures.
The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo - amother great performance of Craig.
Defiance - also is my my favourite movies list :)

21 Jump Street - Another movie I never would've watched if it hadn't come highly recommended by someone who's opinion I respect. Surprisingly self-aware, and as a result surprisingly funny.
Just watched THE NINTH GATE and i am buffled at the ending,was that women the satan all the time ?
Edit. Maybe she was the keeper of that book or something,maybe the satan is main character himself ? Because at the end he goes to that castle with all nine pages of books. Also Corso’s first name (in the book) is Lucas Corso… Initials: LC… F?

Bernie: An interesting companion piece to Soderberg's The Informant, but I may just be thinking that because I get him mixed up with Linklater all the time. Reading about the original Bernie Tiedes trial (don't if you want to avoid spoilers) I'd have preferred the movie to be less biased, but it's still the best movie the director has made since Dazed & Confused. Also, Matthew McConaughey seems to be in every damn movie lately.
Straw Dogs: Took me three sittings to watch this movie, though more out of boredom than the intense subject matter. It was worth it for that final act, though.
Act of Valor
The acting was shit on account of the dudebros being operatives and not actors, but the gun porn was good with plenty of excellent action sequences, all while not being too preachy in the story department. I'd recommend it to anyone interesting in military hijinks.

Centurion (2010). I got the feeling they didn't quite know where to go with the story, but it didn't really hurt the movie (in fact, it may have helped it a bit because it made it less predictable). Also not the worst explanation for why the fate of the ninth legion has become something of a mystery (if you want some other explanation than just lack of historical sources, that is).
Universal Soldier - Day of Reckoning (2012). I don't really know why I watched this; based on the previous movies in the series, there was little hope it wouldn't be bad. As it turned out, it's not bad, actually. It's not exactly great either, but it has an unusual, sort of detached, feel to it which is kind of interesting. I think they should probably have left Dolph Lundgren out, though. He didn't really fit, somehow.
Also, the music at the start of the end credits seems rather inspired by the music from Fallout.
Much like Rashida Jones then. ;p

Watched Savages,from Oliver Stone and movie is such a crap,really i just wasted 2 hours and half. Yesterday i watched Looper,which have 8.0 on imdb and i didn't like at all,day before that i watched THE WATCH,which have 5 something score and i really enjoyed it. So screw imdb and their stupid ratings!

Funny you should mention her, I was re-watching Freaks and Geeks and she guest starred in an episode. I didn't even notice her 3 years ago, but I guess she wasn't hot in 1999.
Of Unknown Origin: To call this Peter Weller vs The Rat (besides being a much better title than "Of Unknown Origin") doesn't do it justice. This is Ahab vs Moby Dick, Bill Murray vs The Gopher and Ripley vs the Alien all rolled into one. And goddamn, that rat really hates Peter Weller. I think the movie was originally billed as a horror film (which might explain its box office performance) but I ended up laughing a few times at the absurdity of Weller's descent into madness. It's definitely going in my viewing party rotation.
While it was pretty cheesy I didn't find it of the patriotic type, and thus was ok with it. It was mostly commenting that one should living their life with no regrets and not fear death when it inevitably comes.

Skyfall... was a disappointment. It may be the big fish in the pond with other Bond movies, but on its own, it felt like a mediocre film with high production values.

Today I had a really long Universal Soldier dream. A bunch of Van Dammes, some Dolph Lundgrens and some random universal soldiers had to cross X kilometers of wilderness, it was like a test or something. It actually felt like I was watching a movie where all these clones had to fight or cooperate in order to make it to the finish first :/
While Wreck-it-Ralph is already out in the States, I just gonna have to wait till 29th, which sucks ass. Well, at least it get shown in cinemas after my tests, so it doesn't hurt too much
