I share with you the Fangs of Red, who will show you how to make a music video of pure awesome.

In somewhat related news, going to a concert consisting of Mastodon, Gojira, and Kvelertak this Friday. So much kickass contained in one building.

Destructor are the most metal band ever which is why they rule. Not even Judas Priest is this metal and they invented it all.

This has been stuck in my head for about two weeks now. Some people say this album was the start of their period of decline, but with tracks like this one, I find it hard to agree.

Bigger Than the Devil is kind of a shitty album but it still has its moments.

I went to my first Maiden concert when I was eight. I went straight off to second grade the next morning smelling like cigarettes and beer. That's gotta count for something, right?

Clearly this is the best version of Radiation Sickness because it sounds like a vacuum cleaner hooked up to a distortion pedal.

Click on the "Reply with quote" on one of those embedded posts and you'll see how it's done. Made yours embedded now. I got no idea otherwise but seems to work :p

If you enjoy black metal with some atmosphere, I recommend Skogen. It's a Swedish band with (mostly) Swedish lyrics so it isn't immediately apparent what the songs are about, but that just adds to the atmosphere in my mind.

Pay particular attention at around the three minute mark, that there's the best solo you'll ever hear in a black metal song.

I wonder how this piece of Finnish adhd metal is received here.

There's a story about being a street cleaner on the front page so here's a song about being a street cleaner. And necrophilia, because it's death (fucking) metal. If you were wondering about the sample at the start it's from the film Deadbeat At Dawn.

In Shadow From Mordor, Brummie metalpunks are possessed by the spirit of crust to rise against the multinationals with riffs as their sword.

Here comes my contribution to the greatest of all threads with some technical death metal, courtesy of a talented French band called Carcariass:
