Never been a Falconer fan(at all) but this song from the new album is pretty good.
Partially disturbing video warning.
Let's get in the mood for the 11/11/11 release of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim by watching the videos of the most frostbitten of bands.
Ridiculous video warning.
Nice one.
I was really hoping they might have covered the Benny Hill tune too though :)
It appears as if they are sillly and awesome in all their guises :)
From the ridiculous to the even more ridiculous. Manowar, kings of metal and dodgy jocks and chaps combos. Joey and Eric would never get away with that these days. I don't know how they did back then.
They got away with it because the naysayers were ordered to leave the hall.
Another really good Irish band, Wreck of the Hesperus- album of the day on Roadburn website-

A great bunch of lads and a great bunch of tunes.
The metal scene has been festering away quite nicely out here on the periphery, good to see these people getting noticed :)
A morning of blood and iron I leave you.
Here's a good ole pile of metal.
The Hurricane Season - Engel
In a Red Dress and Alone - Evans Blue
The Day the Rats Went to War - Warrel Dane
Walls of Innocence - Egypt Central
Just learned this to play it on Friday for my birfday gig :)
I'm sure we'll look pretty much identical to this, except in a little pub with minimal lighting
Satan, the best band of the NWOBHM.
The new August Burns Red album is incredibly good, probably my favorite album of the year so far.
