New Oh, Sleeper so good, SO GOOD!
"I was one of those. I meddled with dark powers. I summoned demons. I ate the entire little cheese, including the rind."
~Kvothe, The Wise Man's Fear
Not only are they still going they just keep getting better. I don't think that Mark has it in him to write a bad album 'cause fourteen in and I haven't heard anything that would constitute as bad. I'm fully convinced that number fifteen will continue their flawless record which is unheard of. Even Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden eventually started making duds after six or seven albums which is better than most bands' entire careers.
I don't care if it's cheese I feel this so hard in my balls it's ridiculous. I just love the Celtic Frost tribute with the drummer playing with bat-sized sticks. They known their shit that's for sure.

I need to get the 2-3 latest Manilla Road albums then!
In other news: The new Opeth album, Heritage, has leaked. It's kicking ass so far. Haven't listened to it all yet tho.

You should try and get the last four (Atlantis Ascendent, Spiral Castle, Gates Of Fire and Voyager) which is where Mark reactivated the band with a new line-up and they brought the epic elements further into the spotlight. If you like you can refer to the playlist I posted back on page five to see how they progressed from the old Manilla Road to the new. From Sea Witch onwards is where the "new" Manilla Road started (in quotations because, hey, Manilla Road still sounds pretty ancient).
Had the pleasure of playing with Wormrot on a rainy Sunday evening in Dublin... great gig, nice dudes.
I love the album this song is off of (Disgusting Blasphemies Against God) because of that bass, it's like a black hole. Ridiculous.
This is something else that really impressed me and it's really something else. I may consider that Manilla Road album to be the album of the year but this comes so close it's on the razors edge.
All of your sharing is wonderful.. All that posters, videos are really very nice.. thank you for sharing with all of us..

And made me so happy
Some stuff that I dig:
Ooh time for some rare metal appreciation from me. I'm enjoying the new Mastadon album. Plus it has a track called "Octopus has no friends" which is an excellent track title if ever I saw one.

Frenchies still making great oppressive metal-
2:57 riffage is right good
Just one before bedtime. G'night.
Cynic has released the title track for their new album Carbon-Based Anatomy. Sounds as expected, and good.
