Hello! Several folks here thought a goblin-centric Blood Bowl tournament would be a good laugh, so here we go - it's RPS' own goblin gauntlet! Who will win the coveted Gauntlin Goblet? Who will be the glorious victor? Who will have the least incompetent players? And who will have the best fed trolls? Let's learn together!

NOW COMMENCING SEASON 4!

Okay the voting has concluded (and you can take a look at the voting results here) that our next season will look very similar to our last one. The only changes are:

• The undead team is now allowed to field up to 2 mummies.
• A version of the Underworld team is now allowed, including up to 2 skaven linemen.

Just an adminny type observation: I ran something similar back before LE with just gobbos. The drop-out rate was even higher than normal so I'd recommend not having too long a season, and 8 weeks or so is quite long. That way peoples interest will (hopefully) be sustained until the end.

Goblinpowaaaaaaaah, the Shortstuff Stumblers are so in that it hurts like a chainsaw through the heart.

I just realized that the Bombardier is actually a really interesting unit in an all-stunty-league. This will be fun!

Also, I like the inclusion of potions.

My reasons for wanting a long season are because Stunty teams develop slowly, yet you're right I have to consider potential dropouts. And the injury rate will probably be rather high. Hmm.

I'll leave it "8 weeks" for now but as a maximum, and we can look at it again once the application numbers are in.

Hi Screwie. I admire what you're trying to do here. Personally I am not a big fan of all stunty leagues - but I am a big fan of RPS cups! How about I step in with a team if you end up with an odd number, and getting one more in would make it easier to adminstrate, but otherwise I sit this one out?

You can certainly go that route.

I'll have to remember to lower the min TV when I create the league. What is a good minimum TV?

Crikey. I knew they liked to start behind the curve but that's a halfling chef and a wizard and then some!

Okay, 600 it is. That should be enough even if anyone is crazy enough to make an all-snotling team. (Note to self: Gotta try this.)

Does anyone have a good site setting out a list of the extended inducements in the Cyanide game? I'm sure someone on the internets has done some analysis of them as well...

Is there any particular reason to have lower TV limit at all?

The idea with 600TV for a halfling team is it'll get you 400k in inducements against a 1000TV team, which I believe is enough to get the star player tree man and a master chef.
