I mean, it's only 2.50, but more importantly it'd basically be one more game sitting on my account that I'm feeling guilty about not playing.
I don't think so. If I remember (and it has been a while) the lost chapters is an story about 1-2 hours long. I never really felt it was a necessary add on, and its "more of the same". You get a shiny sword from the start, but really, considering you would have to replay the whole of the rest of the game first, its not worth it just for that.

This seems a bit odd, but the price for Neverwinter Nights 2 seems to have dropped again. Either that or I got some kind of discount via my Gamersgate minion-thingy. Either way, I paid 3.00EUR for the Platinum Edition, which seems like quite a good deal, even if I am only planning on on playing "Mask of the Betrayer" during my Christmas Holidays.

Interesting deals on Gamersgate (links to cheaper versions)
Dungeons & Dragons Anthology: The Master Collection - £7.48
    Baldur’s Gate 1 & 2 + Expansions
    Icewind Dale 1 & 2 + Expansions
    Planescape: Torment
    The Temple of Elemental Evil

    Unreal Anthology - €4.99
    Unreal Gold
Unreal Tournament: Game of the Year Edition
    Unreal II
Unreal Tournament 2004: Editor's Choice Edition

Unlike the Unreal Deal Pack on Steam this one's missing Unreal Tournament 3 Black, but it's 50% cheaper.
Edit: According to the Steam forums UT3 is not worth playing anyway. For MP the best choice would be UT99 or UT2004.
Edit2: And UT2004 is just for £1.99 on GG.

    Pathologic - £3.98

Shadow Harvest: Phantom Ops - £2.50
Obviously a divisive game made by a small team with high ambitions. At this price I'm tempted to just try it.

I just went to grab this but it's back to full price now, though an hour ago it was showing as on 50% for another two weeks. Another of Gamersgate's many sale pricing balls-ups it would seem. Lesson: if you see something at Gamersgate on a price that looks too good, get it immediately.

    That's strange.
If you want to buy any of those single games, I recommend www.gog.com (which everyone around here knows I guess :).

Also Mafia 2 at GG for £5.08.

Scratch that, it's even cheaper at GetGamesGo
    http://www.getgamesgo.com/product/mafia-2
    Only for €4.99

Scratch that too, GetGamesGo doesn't accept Paypal (for this item, they say), and I don't want to give them my CC.
So off to Gamersgate we go.

I just got an email from Humble saying they were throwing in the last bundle for free, since I bought the new one, FYI. Free VVVVVV, Crayon Physics Deluxe, Cogs, And Yet It Moves, and Hammerfight.

Gee, that is getting a bit ridiculous. I payed 14 Euro for VVVVVV back in the day. Totally worth it, though.

I knew it was a good idea to get "Neverwinter Nights 2 Platinum" when I saw the 3EUR price tag. Does this happen regularly?

Gamersgate just put Patrician IV Gold up for $15. Any opinions on this one? I've had my eye on it for awhile.

Steam does it all the time (it's how I got Terraria and Retribution, actually), but Gamersgate doesn't have a history of it to my knowledge. Then again GG sales go up in the middle of the night most of the time, so maybe I'm just not seeing it.

It happens a lot on UK GG when a big sale goes up, or at least it has on previous ones, with some large discounts that were later retracted or corrected. I got Xenus II for 85 or 90% off iirc on a deal that lasted about 30 mins.

Yeah, the last big GG sale had it happen duing the start of week 1 and the swicthover from week 1 to 2. I got Syberia for €0.50 and Death to Spies: MoT for ~€0.30.

It's generally very shortlived though. You have to be lucky enough to spot it at exactly the right time or it'll be fixed before you even hear about it.

GamersGate has all the XCOM for 1,24€ and similar currency. This is not a bug, it's been there for at least a day.

Thank you so much -- price is active on the US site too and its $4.99.

My girlfriend has wanted to play this game for months since reading this article: http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2008...rt-1-the-body/

Quinns really did have the best way with words when playing through something and subsequently writing about it.

This makes for an awesome early Christmas present so thank you again!

I'm love GG's blue coin system. I've been buying from them whenever I can.

Bulletstorm is £7.50 according to GamersGate UK, although it's probably regionally restricted knowing EA.

As someone who was stupid enough to pay £35 for it on release day, all I can say is BUY IT OR I'LL KILL YOUR DICK.

It's even cheaper over at Green Man Gaming, just £4,97.
