The extra DLC is not missing from the Gamersgate version, as it is all free now. What IS wrong with the Gamersgate version is that it is not fully patched. 1.69 is the latest and includes all the premium modules for free, the GG version is 1.66. Simply needs to be patched. Follow this link http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/to.../index/3341490

If the module you're after isn't in, you can just download any of them and while it will try to authenticate that you bought them, it will fail and you'll still be able to play. Don't click demo.

    I highly doubt that. Source?

Google NWN premium modules free and you'll find a handful of news related to it. Random one! http://www.neverwinterconnections.co...on=news&id=594 (this link also contains download links for those that need them).

Sounds less like they're free-to-play and more like they work without you having to buy them. Judging by the posts and the NWN Connections link, sounds more like an issue with the authentication allowing you to play rather than any true switch to being free.

It likely started out accidently. Around the time this first happened the NWN forums were hacked. The servers taken down and everyone was able to play them for a few months. It was put back up around December, and people were failing. However, it was randomly allowing people to pass starting in January again.

Magicka for 2.50 euro on Steam for the next 19 hours or so.

I haven't played it, but RPS' opinion seems to be that it's a buggy mess - but a fun buggy mess with a lot of ideas. If I were interested in online multiplayer, I'd probably get it for that price.

It's been cheap so many times there can't be many people left to leap surely?? :)

Multiplayer it's great - mainly due to the ease with which you can screw up (the controls being shabby is almost the best part in that respect).

Singleplayer is awful tho - not because of bugs, just because it's a one-trick pony and gets tedious pretty quickly...

Wolfenstein is awesome. Great weapons, solid missions, good graphics, plenty of cheese. Buy it.
Watch this video. That lightning weapon is INSANE.

God! I mean I have better games to play backlogged, but 2.49 is cheap.
I'm failing to writing a blog, specifically about playing games the wrong way

A lot of people liked them (in particular the third one) when they came to GOG:

I buckled on NuWolf at that price, despite backlog. I generally have fun with Raven's stuff and I do prefer my shooters with a fantastical bent, as opposed to run-of-the-mill, common as mayo in service station sandwiches 'realism'.

+1 Wolfenstein brings back fond memories, the ones before NuWolf, so Ill add this to the list and see how it holds up against the nostalgia-laden ancestors.
