Greenmangaming will start a sale soon where you can get XCOM:EU around 44 percent cheaper than normal.

GMG has Max payne 3 for 12$ (with code GMG20-1FYLZ-EDG8R).
It requires the GMG capsule for downloading (from my experience you can start games without it after installation).
Awesome, I'll wait to see if the daily deal on steam includes it, but if not I'll grab that.
Lookin' 4 Indie Bundles? We track 'em! http://steamcommunity.com/groups/IndieBundleTracker
Worth noting that MP3 is now on sale for the same price on Steam.
Dishonored for 18€/14 pounds/23$ at GMG with the code GMG25-G4VDR-0ZL4Q
It is also available from GamersGate UK for a similar price with the IGN 15% discount.
I think the discounts out at GG and GMG for Dishonored suggest it's almost certainly going to appear on Steam with a 'better' discount over the w/e...
That said - £11.25 from GMG is ridiculously cheap
£13.99 for Borderlands 2 at SimplyGames is also looking hard-to-beat right now too...
Amazon also have Steam beaten on some of the non-front-page stuff - esp Sega titles (so long as you're not paying currency fees perhaps!?)

Is it worth getting Civ IV on Gamersgate for 3.40 (euro) or would I definitely want all the DLC? They haven't discounted Civ IV Complete. :/
"Harry uses the One Ring to defeat Magneto and save the Rebellion!"
With thanks to RaveTurned in comments on the main page.
XCOM:EU for EUR 21,97 as a download from Amazon Germany. But you need to have a German billing address to get it. I don't know if the same trick as with US addresses works here.
LewieP just posted today's best (possibly the season's best) Amazon Deal
NFS: MW - $19.99

Anyone know if US-sourced codes will register on EU Origin tho - they might just be awkward like that!?

Speaking of Origin, they have a Black Friday weekend too, of course. 50% off a bunch of games for those who are so inclined. I tend to stay away from them due to being doubly screwed by exchange rates (1 USD=1 EUR=10 SEK => 50% increase). Oh, and there's the whole intrusive software thing too, of course.
EDIT: Forgot a 0... I wouldn't complain abot 1 USD=1 SEK.

Time to sell that kidney I guess.
I think they are a little behind on skyrim keysI'm sure this will prove to be the steam daily deal (£10 not £8) so I wouldn't worry about it if you'd rather be sure to get a key straight away from steam.Thank you for shopping at GameFly. We'll e-mail you once your digital items are processed and ready to download in the GameFly Client.
