Fallout New Vegas £2.49

Must be activated on Steam
Awesome.
I'm failing to writing a blog, specifically about playing games the wrong way
http://playingitwrong.wordpress.com/
It's a pass for me, read a review and skimmed through a let's play of II and was really unimpressed, the game looks dated and simplistic, I'd rather try again to get into SPAZ or go back to NAEV instead.
What was the matter about DLC that would be better to get from day one?

Where do people get their information on future Amazon digital sales? I'm wondering if NFS: Most Wanted is going to see a price drop in the next couple of weeks.
Buying games you aren't going to play is a waste of money (no matter how cheap they are). Forcing yourself to play games you wish you hadn't bought is a waste of time. Both are best avoided.
AFAIK an Amazon representative posts them on the Cheap Ass Gamer forum.

There's a stickied thread on the CAG forums:

I've tried multiple times to get into Uplink and the first Hacker Evo game, and I've just failed every time. I was starting to understand the mechanics, but I consistently hit a moment while playing where I ask myself "Why am I trying so hard to make this fun?" It flat-out wasn't.
I'd say: http://guide.modlink.net/ and save scumming.

GMG's 20% off code apparently applies to credit/cash back deals as well. Most of the credit/cashback deals seem to have been reduced too, however, but some are still pretty good. .

Well whaddaya know. Sleeping Dogs 66% off on Steam again. Good thing I did wait. :)
"Harry uses the One Ring to defeat Magneto and save the Rebellion!"
With thanks to RaveTurned in comments on the main page.
I would buy Sleeping Dogs if I didn't have to shell out more money for the DLC. I guess I'll be waiting until next year for a Complete Edition aka the way it should've been day 1.

The only story DLCs in the game are Nightmare and Zodiac. Neither of those have anything to do with the main game and wouldn't have worked in terms of the story or the world if they had of been there in the first place. One is about the supernatural in Hong Kong and the other is like playing through an old kung fu movie.
The rest of the DLC are all just costume packs and one or two new missions that have no story and are basically "how long can you do this".
The game is great without any of the DLC and the two DLCs with a story to them are both cheap and enjoyable.
RUSE is 2,5€ on Steam. Buy it.
P.S.: Just remembered that Steam sales went on another tread, sorry! Won't hurt saying it, here, though. ;-)

HACK THE PLANET!
Still the best "hacking" movie ever. Pure uncut 90's.
This particular scene, where Sherlock Holmes (UGHHHH) tells Shaggy to Hack the Planet is amazing.
Nothing beats https://www.youtube.com/watch?featur...UZF6lm0#t=211s the insanely great 28.8bps modem with a million of psychedelic colours.
EDIT: NEVAR FORGET the rotating phone booths in "cyberspace" managed by Penn Jilette.
