    Article idea

    Do you think you might do a story on what games are good that DO NOT require a internet connection. lots of people flying or traveling this season, and some might like to play something on their laptops

    The first thought I had for a game to play while travelling was Rogue Survivor. It's a small Zombie Survivor RPG done in Rogue-like style. It's small enough not to be a drag on laptop power so it's all cool in my opinion.
    Plus it's just generally an ace game.

    Skyrim, DX:HR, any half-recent indie release, ME, ME2, etc. ;)

    Just put steam into offline mode, or start it and wait for it to work out it's not got a 'net connection.
