Help with finding article about an upcoming Half Life 2 mod

And it´s not Dear Esther.

A while ago, maybe a year or so, RPS wrote an article about an upcoming Half Life 2 mod. All I can remember about it was that it had a really strange design, and the trailer had a great song as soundtrack. And I just can´t find it. I´ve tried to search RPS with every possible combination, with no result.

Anyone who can help me find it?

It was a very artistic mod, with some really strange ideas. I think.

I don't want to sound like Grumpy McGrumperson, but the first line of the original post explicitly states that it isn't Dear Esther.
As to the OP: I'm not sure if this one is even a HL2 mod, but are you thinking of the horror/spooky one set in a Russian apartment building?
