The game I was most dreading, Unaco is a beginner's luck beast. Fortunately my grenadier kept his cool and managed to snag 3 frags in the bag, while I was sweating bullets behind the monitor screen.

Good game! I was convinced by the end that you were sat in an empty corner somewhere waiting for the draw, as I hadn't seen your damn SG for about four turns. Imagine my dismay when he finally showed up to blast my face off.
This result certainly blows the title race wide open - looking forward to seeing some more results!

I failed to realize before submitting my turn that you didn't know my grenadier was right behind you at the end of turn five. I should have just run for my life but I got cocky and went for the kill.

To Wombat: After you got my last MG so beautifully I spent a lot of time trying to route him all over the place so he'd be both hidden or make you think he was going the other way. I wasn't exactly sure where you were though so a lot of it was luck.
To Fumarole: Given how well you'd hidden him before that I wouldn't be too hard on yourself. You played the start really well and I couldn't recover.

Thanks. My tactic of running away on the first turn did work out well for me. You also had some terrible bits of luck like walking past my grenadier in turn 2 and not quite having enough time to run from that speculative grenade on the final turn.
Also I think the new rule ensuring we have explosive units has worked well. None of my matches have got bogged down as even if they die early, units usually have to move out of their way so there are some lines of sight.
