The game in question is Saints Row the Third, anyway, and has featured rather prominently in this topic recently hence why Anthile might not have specified.
Has anyone else seen Rurikovich AI do this in CK2? In about 50 years they went from a collection of tiny city states into huge, unstoppable hammer of Russian might. Also Poland went a bit crazy, much to my annoyance as King of Sweden (having just endured about 5 civil wars and a Norwegian invasion).
Also, does anyone know how to link direct to steam images now that they've performed some strange wizardry that means the URL doesnt end in .JPEG? Edit: Sorted, thanks Kelron.

Another CK2 screenshot, this one with a chap who was one of my Dukes when I succeeded the French throne as the former Duke of Brittany. Needless to say, I did not hold most of the power when it came to ruling the country. Everything was fine while I was King (having had a Frankish education and not being treated as a foreigner), but as soon as my Breton-raised son came to the throne, Duke Guilhem rebelled and took most of my country with him save Brittany, Navarra and a few scraps in the north. He later declared himself King of Aquitaine and Aragon, and his successors spent the next 100 years killing Iberian Muslims.

Untick the "retrieve remote file..." option.
Having looked it up, I believe its sometimes due to the AI changing to seniority succession. Since all states are Rurikovich, all states slowly amalgamate toward the rule of a single head-of-family.
Anyway, this is the screenshot thread, so heres some more screenshots.

Guild Wars 2: Cutthroat Dan / Bladehand Dan / Arcane Dan / Hypnotic Dan / Robot Attack Force / Zealous Dan
If you're worried about unit retention between missions, focus on things that don't die as often, like frigates or above. Fighters and bombers are guaranteed to take significant losses, and while they're a necessary part of your fighting force, over-reliance on them can be draining.
I hear Homeworld has rather dreadful enemy scaling, which is why I never bothered playing it.
Tomb Raider: Anniversary.
Lara Croft, DayZ fan?
