The game has loads of custom maps for it that are a bit more ...creative than the normal maps. The particular server I was playing on is the Swadian Battle Server if anyone's interested.

The wildling chief 'Gorn' challenged us to a duel and quickly ends up bleeding rose petals. One thing's for sure - he ain't gonna be in Game of Thrones 2.

The game takes place during the first book and makes casual references to other events happening within Westeros at that time. It doesn't spoil anything from the rest of the series, but readers of the other books might be able to pick up on something more here and there.

Dead Island
Finally decided to plunge into the world of DayZ since Bohemia are selling Combined Ops for £15 and I've been aching to play it!
My First play through i was running around for ages with not much luck since at this point the towns were overwhelmed with zombies and i had no weapon of any form, when i came across some air hangars so i thought i'd try my luck in a hope to find weapons. An i did but they weren't just lying on the floor they were in the com's tower were there were a lot of corpses of dead soldiers and zombies lying all around it. As i got closer i could hear the buzzing of flies coming from inside the tower and as i cautiously made my way up the stairs i found two dead players who had quite a lot of hardware and supplies on them. Their last stand i guess.
Truly atmospheric game, most atmospheric game I've ever played actually I'd say and thank god for Arma itself!
But I didn't think of taking screenshots at the time cause I was totally absorbed in the game! But I did take these shot's from my current play through were I came across an army safe point that'd fallen.
From two separate Cold Creek campaigns.
In this one all four of us made it into the chopper, but a split second before the cinematic starts, Ellis gets pulled out of the chopper by a Smoker. (You can see him on the bottom there)
In this one, Rochelle and The Coach made it up to the chopper quickly, then me (Nick) and Ellis were covering each other up the stairs. I went up the ladder first and someone started healing me right away, which ended up blocking Ellis. So Ellis is stuck on the ladder with the tank maybe an inch behind him, and I finish healing and Ellis crawls in just in the nick of time.
