Generally speaking, no. There are some missions that require a more stealthy approach like ones where you have to follow someone without being seen (requiring you to blend in with crowds or sneak around/quietly kill guards on the rooftops) but that's about it.
People are probably starting to get bored of all the GTA screens so I'll make this my last batch for a while.

Thanks man. I've actually been wanting to make a Hitman GTA Machinima for quite a while (even started working on a storyboard at one point) but unfortunately no one's made a decent 47 skin yet. There are a couple that are ok for screenshots but not for video :-( I'm hoping that wen absolution comes out, someone will make one.
@DaftPunk - is that an actual mod? had a look but couldn't find it.

Still oing some side quests "Missing In Action",there is a guy you need to save from a prison and its very well guarded,and now when i have better gear and more experience i decided to try to save him. I tried going in stealthy but its unpossible,then i saw my chance when dragon appeared. We killed all 5-6 guards outside,then i sneaked alone inside and took care of about similar number of guards and few mages. Completing quest gave me sword with 34 damage,but i have better stuff already,my two handed axe deals 42 dmg,my bow deals 35 dmg.. I AM HARDCORE!

Last night i was walking around in Whiterun when guard approached me and said "Hey i know you..",that lead to battle in which 4 guards lost their life,and lolololol bodies are still laying around one day after fight.
