No mods, it's just a fantastic game. It actually looks and feels way better in movement than I can capture in screenshots.
One of the few games that support arbitrary resolutions too.

I used to play a Blood Elf priest. She rocked. But I went through 150ish hours of DA:O with manhands (Yup, good ol' BioWare).
Speaking of ugly, I played a female orc huntress for years...
Well, Bioware also had the dreaded manchin. (with plenty of offense meant for your favorite non-elf companion ;) )
It doesn't count if you picked the one pretty orc face, making you identical with every other orc player in the world. ;P
I don't think it's so much the manhands with Night Elves, they just have odd faces, and utterly disgusting ears. I mean, come on, ears are pretty ugly at the best of times, so let's not make them five million miles long.
The orc is pretty hot. Still not convinced about the ears but they do go well with the spiky shoulders.
I don't think Aveline has a man chin. She just looks Germanic. There are a lot of girls in Ghent with chins like that.
