GR: Future Soldier

Some random pictures to share.
Bioshock 2: "Out of picture, his crimefighting partner, George."
Just Cause 2: "Taking some time out to enjoy the scenery."
Arkham City: "They may have had brains the size of a chickens, but they still enjoyed a good book."
Dead Island: "Lets see him get that clamp on my wheels now!"
Also inspired about the talk of bathrooms and toilets in games I had an idea of a monthly screenshot challenge, where we suggest a topic/idea and try to find screenshots that represent it, such as Bathrooms, Rainbows, Flaming hot death, OMGSOCUTE. Would be interesting to see the shots people come up with.
Virtual Organ Doner - "It's better to gib, than to recieve."
I'll do what I want.
Spoilerz:
My posse. And Roche in a burka.

;) Thanks
It is actually quite good fun and they've definitely put some effort into upgrading the visuals. It has a lot of different options...
I was 99% sure i was going to hate it as I love the old Ghost Recon games and despise the GRAW series so I decided to ...'try' it first and, much to my suprise, I found myself enjoying it quite a bit so bought it yesterday. It's about as dumbed down a shooter as you can really get without making it Call of Duty but as a bit of escapist entertainment, I'd recommend it.
My two biggest gripes are a) it relies far too heavily on marking targets for your AI to shoot and b) you have no direct control over your team mates at all. They just run around and do their own thing. Fortunately the AI is fairly compitent (bar a few occasions where they get stuck) so it's not a hinderence.

... I take the lives of a few to protect the lives of many. I commit acts of war to preserve the greater peace. I take no joy in killing, but make no mistake; I'll do what needs to be done. Because it's my job. It's my duty. My name is Sam Fisher, and I am a Splinter Cell.
Was I having a little bit too much fun with my new pyro gear? Possibly...

....I feel like I use F2 all the time in games. Having the arcade-style "Press to Start" blinking the whole time would be annoying on a PC, though.
I can think of the F-keys being used fairly often in games where you control people/squads (M&B, OFP/Arma, etc) - but using it as a start button? Why not F1, or space, or enter? It just seems they threw a dart at the keyboard and picked the key it landed on!
