Really not happy with that Dunmer. Looks like a right scumbag. I'm not too far into the game so I think I'll go back and change it :/
You can use the console to remove the HUD for screenshots. Hit the tilde key, "~", to bring up the console, and type "tm" and enter. Tilde again and voila. It also makes the console invisible, so don't freak out when you hit the tilde key a third time to turn the HUD back on and you can't see what you're typing.

Saints Row 3 has a pretty nice character editor. I tried to recreate certain anime character but really this guy looks more like a cross between Mark Hamill and Steve Buscemi. I'm okay with this.
