Hit half a million. Can probably double that, except I've hit a cap when it comes to pathfinding. There are miles and miles of subways, and the routes are still under capacity. There's a bus stop every block for the whole damn city. There are six-grid-wide boulevards criss-crossing the city, and most local roads are one-way for ease of traffic flow. Everything is under capacity. So what's the problem?
MY CITIZENS ARE TOO STUPID TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET TO WORK.
Entire neighborhoods get abandoned because people forgot which way they were supposed to commute, then get rebuilt because there's hella transit capacity, THEN THEY FORGET AGAIN. And here I've packed the whole area with universities, museums, libraries, and have an average EQ of 160.
Oh, and there's a clinic somewhere near the train depot that's had a strike going on for twenty years. Bitches, I can wait you out!

ugh. yeah. i remember it being a massive pain. don't remember what i did but i think i might have abused AI to actually win. I might posts some thoughts and screenshots when i do it. for now i have whole TOSC to go and real life will keep me busy so probably not this week.

Pretty sure the character with the extreme manga hair is supposed to be a woman. I don't think they're fighting.
That's one of the things I really hate about SC4. You can have the world's most efficient transit system and your citizens still won't get to their place of employment.
