I'd tolerate it if at least controls and performance were passable, but no.

Strange things happened to me in DayZ.

Joined the server first time in a couple of months and suddenly found bike first time ever, actually two bikes but one didn't work at all, other was slow as hell.

Then within minutes some people in UAZ showed up and picked me up, I thought they'll run me over but no, driver slowed down for me to hop in.

We met other UAZ, seems like they were all on Ventrillo channel.

I asked them to stop for a second and ran away because it all felt really strange and wrong.

    What? teamwork? in my DayZ?

Is this a skin or a glitch (the driver)?

It's essentially Battlefield meets Mad Max

But is it like borderlands co-op style or is it like battlefield with tons of people? Because the characters have some style, see?

Darksiders 2: My horse! My horse! My side quest for a lava! Hmmm.

    What awaits in the dungeon?

    This room looks safe.

Horseman! Lava! Hot! (Bonus points for a cool shadow)

Well I'm sure there isn't a boss fight here! There totally was. And I totally died. :(

Good thing video game developers still don't understand the concept of convection.

In his defence, he is a horseman of the apocalypse. He also doesn't need to be concerned with breathing underwater. Some times video game logic is the best logic.

More Battlefield. The game mode that i've been playing in the beta is essentially the same as Battlefields conquest mode.

Ive been getting into Metro 2033 lately. Its an old game (as in, released ages ago), but I still want to share something (No big spoilers).

I think its pretty late in the game that you go to the Moscow Library in order to find the location of a missile command bunker. In the Library, you encounter its unique inhabitants, the Librarians, after a great setup. Librarians are kind of like Endermen - if you look at them, they won't approach, but if you turn your back they'll fuck you up. You can expect when these guys pop out of holes or spawn behind you, but due to Metro's amazing atmosphere, there's a particular horrible experience I want to share. The following sequence happens when you're deep inside the library, having evaded the "easy" Librarians:

Oh, hey, a way out of this horrible basement by way of the staircase on the upper right. Gues the worst is over. (The distortion on the screen is because Im wearing a gasmask - mandatory on the surface of Moscow. When an airfilter is nearing the end of its lifetime, the glass will start to gather more and more condensation)

    Wait, what's that? Oh...

Before I know it, he's behind me. So now I'm giving him the stare of death, but I know I have to get up that broken staircase - my throwing knives, which are usually good for instant kills, arent going to be enough for this guy (hard mode) and I dont have the ammo to kill it. I wont be able to navigate the staircase without looking. And while Im backing away facing the Librarian, he'll follow me from a distance, so I have to chose between turning around and hoping I can reach a safe passage he cant enter or trying to fumble my way across without looking so the overgrown monkey wont attack.

Opting for the former (Run and dont look back oh god please dont fall down) I manage to make it to what I thought was the staircase - turns out its ladder up to the ceiling, where I have to navigate the airconditioning ductworks. The mature Librarian refuses to give up the chase.

Luckily I could make a break for it after it jumped down again, moving along the ducts and into another section (Which was even more horrible (Librarian nesting grounds)). Even though I dreaded the whole Library section after the setup, upon reflection, it was very well executed with these unique enemies. I hope they wont return in Last Light, dont think I can take it.

And apart from anything else, it makes me feel like an 80 year old.
