Yes, and my CPU is now my bottleneck although luckily that only affects things in certain games. TW2 seems pretty GPU dependent so things are better now for me than they ever were.Originally Posted by Ravelle

Cheers bud. You should get it, the game's amazing. I'd already bought War of the Roses so put off buying it so put off buying it for a while. I'm glad I picked it up in the steam sale though as, ive only had it a short while, and it's nearly my most played game of this year :-)

I wish there was a way of disabling motion blur in the game. 90% of the shots I take are ruined by it :-(

Just put Post FX to High or lower?
Just after I posted that, I find a solution which allows you to just turn off the blur and leave all the other PostFX settings by editing the .ini :-)

I only added the bit about blur and that seems to have done the trick.
What's the best way to go about getting screen caps? I've got a lovley new PC which makes everything look great and I'm eager to join the fun here but I'm not sure if I should just Print Screen or go with something like FRAPS or what?
I use MSI Afterburner. You can use it for OCing your card or controlling fan speed and it also can take .png shots. The downside is that it doesn't play nice with some games like Arma2, GTA IV. Either they crash on startup or it takes a blank screenshot. In those cases I use steam.

Steam "F12" key?, FRAPS. Any other screenshot utility second. I have not tried dxtory yet.
More or less my default options but I was wondering if there would be a reduction in quality or what have you. I'll have a play around tonight.
