So what's the verdict on Mark of the Ninja? Has it already been in the sale?

It was 50% off, and I highly recommend it. I've played through it twice now, and will probably play it some more in the future to see if I can get 100% of the side tasks.

As someone who doesn't get along with 2D platformers, I have to say the same. It's really good.

Played through Dear Esther. At first I told missus to try it but she found it too scary after some 15-20 mins. Not sure if that's what the devs wanted to achieve.

why aren't you using ENB or PPIT graphical mods? This game can look a lot better if you add PPIT for ex.

What does it actually add? All there is on the website is download links, the Facebook page description has nothing, and I'm not trawling through months of Facebook updates and people screaming "WHEN R RELEAZ DAYT?" to try and find scraps of information.

Escorting the spice-ships with a warship has so far kept the pirates at bay, though they somehow figured it was smart to attack the ships in port. It wasn't. From Anno 1404.

Man Anno is a gorgeous game. I've been wanting to play it for a while simply based on how nice it looks, but I've heard mixed things about the gameplay.

So, I'm thinking of uploading some shots that I've taken with Steam, but does anyone know how to get them from my account to a format suitable for posting here?

And another instance of pointless attempts to attack the player, this security mech on Aite in Mass Effect 2.

The Anno series is very much a case of systems optimization, perhaps more so than most other city-building games. For example you'll have Building A which needs Resources B and C, but B is produced so quickly that you might not need its associated industry to operate all the time - it costs money, after all, but C's output might be irregular due to it being based on another island, requiring the creation of trade-routes. Then add ten other different buildings like that! Combat and diplomacy is a bit simplistic, but the regular requests by the other factions (named quests) are a nice way to mix up the sandbox gameplay.

You can check out this video about Anno 1404 by a player who has made some pretty well received Anno 2070 guides.

Copy the URL for the image, start a post, click the Insert Image option, select the From URL tab and paste. Be sure to uncheck the box that says retrieve remote file.
