The main thing that is going to affect the look of skyrim is the various ENB profile mods. I've used confident's ENB profile, Jasmin's, and Super13s profile in those shots. You just have to download them and see which one you like best. I recommend Super13s profile for now though.

The Darkness 2 seems to have done pretty well with facial expressions - those chaps with demonsnakethings chewing at their extremities do actually look scared shitless.
It's a suprisingly good looking game. Just a shame about the FOV.

I really liked the Darkness' visual style. The game itself frustrated me so much at some point that I quit playing it.
Finally with anti aliasing on. Feels good to have it back.
Detcord lists his location as Fort Riley, which is a military base in the US.
