When Will GoGamer Be Back In Business?
I guess most of you mates know about this American online game store. It was famous for its periodic crazy bargain sale in which hot games were offered in insanely large discount. Unfortunately, back then it refused to offer international shipping. Just shortly after rumor circulated that they were seriously considering international shipping, the site was shut. They promised to be back but with no light to this day.
I recalled that one of the pc peripheral they sold was a suit with pain emulator, that, mainly for action games, it would punch the specific spot of your body while your game character was hit at that particular spot. Recall that one of you mates posted here about a massive setup of the pain emulator built specifically for Battlefield 3? This suit, like a bulletproof vest in appearance (obviously it is expected to be mostly used on shooters), is a more affordable setup, and I guess that pain is bearable. It recalls my childhood memory of the same kind of suit which was built for PC version of Street Fighter II. I though I saw that one in a local game store in early 90s but my parents warned me that some of such products could be faulty, with risk of electrical shock. Even nowadays I dont know if such warning is justified.
You mates have any information on when it will be back in business?

I think they're done for good. Retail boxed game distribution, PC especially, just isn't coming back IMHO. Between Amazon and Newegg, the big box stores, and GameStop, there's no room for a GoGamer out there.
Since GoGamer's cheap shipping option disappeared, it went pretty much downhill. The super cheap deals were dominated by $4 flat shipping (and worse) charges.
I miss having some of their odd import PC releases available.
