I'd have to pick the Nuke general in Zero Hour. Who wouldn't want MiGs firing nuclear missiles with so much force that they can send infantry in the stratosphere?

I was always a sucker for China too in Zero Hour. However, I preferred the infantry focused general. Mobile bunkers filled with minigunners!
