I love playing TF2 on 2Fort when my team is losing so the enemy is actually coming into our base. Really fun to play defense as a Scout.
That is EXACTLY how it always was.
Now it has been brought up however, can people link their fave TF2 servers?
I prefer ones that have all maps on rotation and without dumb fucking Quake sound effects.

Fun little free game. Every finger has it's own key assigned, so not drunkenly tipping stuff all over the place is quite tricky.

Don't know what part of the world you're from, but if you're in Europe you should check out Uberium, Hampshire Heavies, and Reddit EU. They were a pretty friendly bunch when I was playing a few months ago.
The PC Gamer server was alright too but I think it died last year.

So it opens in a browser. Trying to adjust settings and find games awful not because of the interface itself which is simple enough, but because it takes place inside an area within the browser. Not recommended for anyone with sight problems.
Once a game starts though, it opens up full screen.

Revengeance looks pretty dumb to me so I'm not disappointed. I am really happy about MGS5 coming out on pc though.
Rightnow I'm rotating playthroughs of a Medieval 2 TW campaign as the Holy Roman Empire and trying to finish off the Witcher 2. I really fucking hate how combat becomes a bunch of rolling. The combat in general kinda sucks in that game. I love everything else and have invested over 20 hours so I need to finish it but, goddamn certain parts make me rage quit.
MP wise I've been playing Chivalry, M&B Warband and Path of Exile.
Why? I'm happy that MGS has finally reached the point where it can poke fun at itself.

It's always had a sense of humor going through it. Revengeance wasn't done by Kojimma and the gameplay doesn't appeal to me at all so I don't really care about it. I like the tactical/stealth aspect of the game and I like Snake. Raiden is annoying. Especially now hes like a fuckin' anime character.
There's a far cry between leaving a porn magazine on the floor or sneaking around in a box and openly acknowledging that your plotlines are batshit insane. Besides, Kojima doesn't even want to be making Metal Gear games anymore.
And Raiden was always a shitty anime character.
Revengeance('s demo) feels like what you would expect. Kojima's batpoop insane and convoluted stories plus "day to day" zaniness from the people who brought us Bayonetta and God Hand.
And Snake was always the "Ameircan Hero" since he was heavily inspired by Kurt Russel's take on Snake Plisskin. Raiden was always the "Japanese Hero" in that he was intentionally designed to appeal and resonate with Japanese gamers. But I think MGS4 and Revengeance have done a good job of giving Raiden a spirit of his own.
