Is PC version of Binary Domain Delayed?

RPS reported that this game is to be released withing April. And most other sources even stated that it should have been released (6 April, yesterday, all my troubles seem so far away~). Steam would be the release platform, but when I searched, the name "Binary Domain" simply returned no result. I wonder what happen to this game's PC version.

It was on the "new releases" list yesterday, although it's release date only stated "April" and you could only "Pre-purchase" it. Must've been pushed.
