Hey guys, hopefully someone can help. I downloaded NWN Diamond from GamersGate, and the framerate itself is fine, but I get a weird 'pausing' or stuttering every few seconds.
I'm on Win7 64 bit, using a HD5970 with the newest 12.3 drivers, 12GB of RAM and and i7 950. If anyone has a clue, that would be ideal.
Everytime I had a problem with NWN on Win7, was because of either the sound bugging my game, the weather particals not acting right or because of the resolution. So, try turning off sound for a bit in the options. Then weather and/or change to a lower resolution. Hope that helps!
