Using Chrome on Windows 7. I've tested on Firefox and it's not happening. Seems to be chrome only.

What addons are you using? As a Firefox user I'm certainly no expert on Chrome, but it could be related to an addon that modifies the page layout. Adblock perhaps.

Certainly not seeing this on a vanilla version of chrome.
