Day Z virus

So I saw the article on the RPS page about the virus from the Day Z auto updater, which unfortunately I do have... I ran my anti-virus, so far nothing. I saw the link to the threat description, and when I searched out the files/reg entry listed there I also found nothing. Not sure I trust the search function, can anyone point me exactly to where I should be looking to see if I have any of this nasty stuff? I can't even find a folder labelled 'documents and settings' in Vista...

The link from the RPS article gives you the rundown...

"Documents and Settings" was replaced by "Users" in Vista/Win7.

Well I couldn't find anything. Is the hack like really recent? I haven't used that .exe. file or even played Day Z for over 10 days. The forums over there are no help, just all the noise about the guy who did it rather than the problem.

If you didn't run the exe and can't find any of the files mentioned then I doubt you have a virus. Just delete the exe.

Sorry, my post was unclear. I did run the .exe and use the file about 10 days ago.
