Anyway, since no option got 50%, as promised (or is that threatened) here is phase 2 with all the lowest scoring options removed
I also took out the something else option as clearly that didn't get enough attention vs the actual choices to warrant a follow up

I'm right there with ya, but if you reread the back and forth on the main thread it was made pretty clear that we should continue the theme with other RPS collectives, namely we have a variant on the name of our dear mothership.
I feel I should have gone with signet instead of skullcrack now but oh wells. I also wouldn't mind a simple shotgun tbh :]
Why do folks like Skullcrack? Not complaining but it's probably my least favourite on that list, so I'm just curious as to what others see in it.

I guess because it is something you attack with, starts with an 'S' and opposed to shortbow, is more associated with Guild Wars.
Except this is a guild name for Guild Wars 2, not Guild Wars.

I guess the way I look at it is a weapon or a skill category used in GW1/GW2 is used by more characters than a single specific skill, which in my own odd mind makes the other options more relevant/encompassing than Skullcrack.
No matter, they're all fine names.
But skullcrack in itself is quite guild wars specific (even if relatively unknown and I'm sure there's a few other games which may use it as well). Shortbow is fairly generic to fantasy games and speargun is just kinda odd and nautical sounding to me as so little time is likely to be spent underwater.
Signet is by far the most thematic though as I see it and I kinda regret not voting there (though I do dislike speargun for this game quite a bit ^^ ).
Unless there's a decision between Speargun and Skullcrack we may end up getting another round of voting... maybe Signet will sneak in there too :)
