A couple of weeks ago Digital Extremes uploaded another video and mentioned how their publisher demanded the change in setting.

Now that game is back as a free-to-play coop PvE shooter.

"Warframe is a new name for an old game. It was a shelved concept we kept coming back to. High-tech machine-gun Ninjas set in a far-future, over-hyphenated, Manga-Dune mash-up. Free-to-play lets us take risks. It allows us to build Warframe with our players."

lol, just made a topic about this, didn't see this one. I'd prefer Digital Extremes to stick with single-player stuff, The Darkness 2 was awesome and criminally short. This one will just get lost in the crowd.
