I need to duck out of next season as I'm moving, will have no internet for a few weeks, etc. I've still got plenty of time to finish this season, at least.

See you next season, Nullkington.
By the way, if you're in the London area I wouldn't mind grabbing one end of a couch or whatever.
If there's an admin around, please approve my shameful hammering at the hands of Grinn. I might get a skillup!
All admin thingy's have been thingied.
PW: You're mixing up your singular and plural verb forms, Graever should obviously be 'välkommen', not 'välkomna'! :-)
Well, bugger. I am not a secret Swede like Jarvis, I am doing my best though.
Maybe I did that on purpose, because I wanted to say welcome to every Swede who might want to join the Divisions? Yes, that sounds almost convincing, let's go with that :)
I think I might just pretend to be Finnish, it's easier. I will just say "Niinpa" every now and again, and it will be several months before they think "hmm, he doesn't talk much".
Bah, no skillups. Thanks for adminning the thing though.

Under advisement my guard-ghoul star player is now speed 8. Woo! Who says undead are slow.

I'll just interpret it as a welcome good enough for three of me. :)
Spreadsheet has been added to in a way that's hopefully correct and the brawlers are now eagerly awaiting their first game in a week or two.
(Also am very much aware of the bucket issue but I'm trying to be open minded about strange people with strange, bucketless ideas of public decency)

Anupshi Rises (Khemri, Dog Pants) 0-4 The Longitudinal Life (Elf, Ritashi)
The first end of season match for Division 7 was lining up to be an emotional affair. The Longitudinal Life were fighting for promotion in joint lead, Anupshi Rises desperate to save face after a season of terrible defeats. The Elves begin the game in good form, lacerating the Khemri lines while the team Thro-Ra steadfastly refuses to pick up the ball. Three turns in a touchdown is scored, while Anupshi has only an injury and a KO to show for their efforts. On the attack, Dog Pants manages to cage the ball into his opponent's half but with time and players running short breaks for the line with a Blitz-Ra. The runner is swiftly felled, and on turn 7 another Elven touchdown is run in, the injury boxes holding one KOd elf and another four skeletons. Just before the first half whistle the bitter Khemri line up to inflict some pain on their opponents, who wisely leave their mercenaries to take the punishment and otherwise stay out of the way.
The second half remains much the same, although the violence dies down somewhat. Anupshi failed to push through the agile Elven defenders, losing the ball and failing to pick it back up. The ball ricochets around the knot of players, finally settling on an Elf and leaving the Lifers to sail past the unprepared skeletons for touchdown number three. By touchdown four on turn 15 the Lifers had routed their opponents, who had taken to trying to beat their opponent up instead. The second half ended as the first, with the Elves sacrificing their least valuable players to the grasping dead hands of the Khemri LOS. The final whistle blows as the coaches share a good natured joke, and the players share a good natured gang-foul which would have killed one of the Elves were it not for their apothecary.
Season one ends for Coach Dog Pants, up in front of the pharaowners and in danger of getting the sack. It's been a disastrous season, borne mainly from lack of research. Lessons have been learned though, and while recovery from early bad decisions may be tough the Khemri are nothing if not perseverant. If Coach Dog Pants can avoid being buried alive with his team as punishment, that is.
Sadly, as much as I love having a BB league, I think I'm going to have to withdraw next season. Being in the States means that mostly I can play in the mornings on the weekends with most people. And I'm finding that I can't really manage the kids (4 and 5) along with a game of Blood Bowl.
Anyone know of a good, USian league out there that's run in a similarly awesome fashion as this one?
Also, it looks like Ninja didn't get my message about our game this morning/evening. And I'm going to be doing phone system upgrades at work all morning tomorrow, so I think I'm just going to officially cede our match to him, since I can't make the scheduling....
RPS Blood Bowl, Division F: Skitter About, Skaven Scramblers
The Masquerade Ballers 2 (Elf, The Brain) vs. Ulf's Marauders 1 (Chaos, jlahnum)
The game began with the Marauders choosing to kick to the quicker elves, apparently thinking they should just let them get it over with and get it all out of their system. Sadly for the Marauders this line of thinking wouldn't pan our the way they hoped. The kick was to the Ballers mid-field and they quickly picked it up and snapped a quick pass to their thrower who was hanging out deep in the Ballers side of the pitch. The Ballers dodged through the Marauder's line and set up a couple of open receivers. Despite the Marauders best efforts and handing out the first injury of the game to a line elf courtesy of an angry Chaos Warrior the Ballers managed to get off an early score making it 1-0.
The Marauders set up to receive the kick and start the offensive drive. The Ballers spread out and stayed well away from the Chaos players who had set up a large line in the hopes of overwhelming the weaker elves. The Ballers kicked the ball very deep landing it just inside the Marauder's scoring line. A few quick blocks left another elf injured and the line of scrimmage open. Now, if the Beastmen could just pick up the blasted ball. Sadly Tzeentch decided to play hell with his boys and coated the ball in grease causing it to roll around the pitch and never enter a Beastman's hands. The Elves thinking this was hilarious ran down the field, used their superior ball handling skills to scoop up the slippery ball and ran in another touchdown to make it 2-0 for the Ballers.
The third kick of the first half saw the ball handled much better by the Marauder's Beastmen. They picked up and got a cage formed up and began a march downfield with only a couple of turns left to try and score. This time Tzeentch decided to test his chosen ones by addling their brains and making them forget how to block properly. Soon, instead of the broken forms of elves littering the pitch it was The Marauders themselves, laying strewn about as block after block failed for them and lead to an injured Beastman and the ball coming loose. The Ballers quickly snatched it up and made a mad dash for the end zone to try and make it 3-0. However, either their ball carrier pushed himself too far or Tzeentch was angry that the Ballers were ruining his fun as the Baller's ball carrier passed out in the end zone instead of scoring a touchdown. Ending the half 2-0 Ballers.
Ulf's Marauders set up to receive once again at the start of the second half. This time the Ballers kicked the ball very high and a Beastman managed to get under and catch the ball. Which proves that Beastmen can catch as long as the ball drops out of the sky like a rock launched from a catapult. This time they met much more success with their cage and sent another elf to the injury box as a Chaos warrior punched him hard in the head. As they caged the ball downfield the Ballers tried some sneaky tactics to infiltrate the Marauders cage but met with some failure of their own which left another elf dead after he failed to dodge past another Chaos Warrior. The Marauders marched the ball into the end zone to finally bring the score to 2-1 in favor of the Ballers.
Final kick off of the match and the Marauders decided to cleverly try an onside kick to the weakest part of the Baller's now porous line. They managed to leave the ball just a hair over the line of scrimmage and things looked good as two Beastmen eyed the ball hungrily. Still the Ballers were not having any of it. They ran up, picked the ball up and passed it deep into their own half to make the Marauders come to them. With just a few turns left, the Marauders were not taking the bait they instead decided to just beat up any elf that was downfield in the hopes of drawing the Ballers out and forcing them to try some offense. The Ballers obliged and passed downfield to an open catcher and threatened with a late game touchdown. The Marauders rallied quickly, smashed the catcher into the pitch and a nice fan tossed the ball to a nearby beastman who realized he was far too slow at this point to score before the match ended. In a desperate move he attemped a pass to one of his brothers near the line of scrimmage. It was a beautiful pass, unfortunately his beastman brother just watched the ball blankly as it sailed by him and landed on the pitch instead of in his hands. The elves had seen enough they dashed over to recover the ball so that the Marauders could not make the game tying score. They took some punishment but were able to play a stalling game and run down the clock to end the game.
Game ended 2-1 Ballers. It was a good game but man is it sometimes frustrating having no ball handling skills at all on my team. Watching Beastmen bumble around after the ball and repeatedly fail a 3+ pick up was amusing but also annoying at times. My Chaos Warriors were monsters though and ended up injuring three elves and killing one. For his part The Brain played a reallly good offensive game and took full advantage of any opportunity that presented itself. The only thing that stopped this from being a 3-1 game was his bad luck with the going for it roll in the first half which caused his elf to fall over. Overall a good game. This wraps up Division 7 and I think BBDave clinches the win for the Division with his Elf team The Longitudinal Life. Thanks for a fun season everyone I may see some of you next season.
I would like to give the Divisions another try, if I may. Last time didn't work out so well, this time I am prepared.
Can I get involved? I just bought the game.

Looks like Clone High takes top spot on the aggregate casualties after an exhausting draw between them and the Supernumaries for div A. Dead->Dead on my 30spp NoS runner :(

Howdy admins. I'm off on holiday from March 2nd -18th, with no chance of play BB during that time. I'm happy to stay in the leagues and give out defaults if that works, or I can withdraw from next season if that's better. Lemme know what's better. I fully intend to rejoin once I return though.
Sorry about your runner :( I'm sure the super elves will stomp all over me next season.
The game was basically my necros grinding down the pitch, then Nullkigans Delfs doing their elf thing to prance around and score. End result was a 2-2 draw and a dead runner and MNG blitzer for Nullkigan.

Quoting myself here - From the spreadsheet and a post some pages ago I gather that Sgt.RageKage and his Orcs are on a hiatus at the moment. If he doesn't return for the next season, I'd like to send in an Orc team myself (therefore, that race is "overfilled" on the Race Balance sheet at the moment).
Edit: Entered my details into the spreadsheet.
