Sounds good, putting it in bold for the thread skimmers out there:

    Wednesday 15th August
    6.30pm UK time
    FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage

Usual herosquaddy mumble meetup, back to the thrills of arcade racing.

True. We had so much fun waiting for people failing to connect.

I'd say half the time was spent racing, which was pretty fun, and half between each game trying to get them set up. I'm assuming the problem is routers not liking each other over p2p networks, in which case we'll probably have the same problems each session if the same people attend, which is a huge shame because it's such a nice crowd.

I propose going back to our roots with Driver SF next time, although that had its issues, but not half as bad as FOUC.

But would there be any interest in playing Flatout 2?

Don't know about you guys but Trackmania United Forever is 6 on Gamers Gate, that's a sale in my book.

    http://www.gamersgate.co.uk/DD-TMUF/...united-forever

Also I picked up Death Rally, as expected it's pretty good fun. I've only played offline because... I have no real reason, and I don't win much, but it's fun anyway. Oh and I haven't joined in so far because of repeated tonsillitis and a tonsillectomy (yes, they were related) so I've either been delirious, in a lot of pain or dosed up beyond my eyeballs on co codamol for the past ages which isn't conducive to driving. Hopefully I'll be able to make it to the next meet but I may not be able to talk so much, this is more because I can't hear anything, as in anything at all, when wearing my headset so talking leads to shouting, shouting leads to embarrassment.

    Thank you for your time.

    Bump!

    I've got;

netKar Pro (which is awesome and now reduced to 15 Euro)
    Live for Speed
    Grand Prix Legends (+mods)
    NR2003 (+GTP etc)
    Race '07/'08/On/most of 'em
    GTR2

Vorrin's got nK Pro and LFS, I'm happy to play any of 'em as and when. I'm on the RPS Steam chatroom regularly, give me a yell there or at the group rather than over the forums.

Does anyone else have WRC 3?
