Story mode Dungeon extravaganza
Since the thread for Ascalonian Catacombs' Story mode went so well, I figured it might be a good Idea to do the same with the next dungeons as well.
But instead of dedicating this thread to just one dungeon, this one is going to be about all of them, well at least the story modes. My hope is that somehow we might be able to establish somewhat of a regular schedule of Story mode Dungeon-run-events. But since such an Endeavour is a bit more complicated to organize, at least if you don't want to half-arse it, I'm going to use my own dungeon runs (and this thread) as something like a testing ground for it.
Here’s the plan:
Right now my Elementalist is at Level 52, this means I have access to the dungeon in the Human area (this Manor from this guy whose name I can't pronounce) as well as the Sylvary Dungeon (Twilight arbor).
I'm going to attempt the Human-Dungeon on Thursday, September 6th (tomorrow) at 8 p.m. BST/9p.m. CET.
The Sylvari-Dungeon I'm going to attempt on Monday, September 10th at 8 p.m. BST/9 p.m. CET.
Depending on how fast I'm able to progress through the game (I don't rush myself), I will attempt to keep this Thursday/Monday schedule of Dungeon runs until I'm either not the appropriate Level, or I run out of Dungeons.
But this isn't only for me. Anyone can participate. Just tell me what Dungeon you're interested in and tell me your class. You're then going to get compiled into a nice list.
If all goes well, all you have to do then is to show up in front of the dungeon at the appropriate date and form a group. As I said, my intention is to turn this into something like a Guild-wide event, so the more people participate the more I can see how viable of an approach this actually is.
If someone has any suggestions or questions, please feel free to tell me. I might've started this whole mess, but this does not mean I'm eager to do this all by myself.
Caudecus's Manor (lv. 40) (September 11th, 8p.m. BST/9p.m. CET)
Sorrow's Embrace (lv. 60) (September 13th, 8p.m. BST/9p.m. CET)

I think your dates are a bit mixed up?
Thursday's a no-go for me as it's my City of Heroes night (*sobs*) but put me down for the Twilight Arbor on Monday.
I would also be happy to organise a (story mode) visit to Caudecus's Manor on Sunday evening, if there's interest.

I'd also be up for Sorrow's Embrace and would even give Explorable Mode for some dungeons another try, even if it means hours of pain and misery.Forum janitor in training.

I'd be up for Thursday, September 6th and if it doesn't take too long I'd be tempted to try for the second one too.

Ok I think I got everyone so far. I put in the correct date for Thursday, I have no Idea how I got it wrong the first time (maybe because I had the keyboard upside-down?).
Theoratically I'm also in for some explorable mode Dungeons, but I think it's best to use a seperate thread for that to avoid confusion.

So how did it go? A great success?
Also a reminder, there's still plenty of space left in the planned CM run on Sunday evening!

07-09-2012, 05:06 PM #18After the experience (see the other thread) I had in AC I know I'm not attempting another explorable mode until at least level 70+.
Anyone interested in doing the lvl60 dungeon in story mode tonight?
