Planetside 2 VS EU1 - Tuesday night assemble

I tried making a character in EU1 earlier but it was full, despite saying 'available'.

I hope this isnt an issue tomorrow night! If so, might I suggest we try EU2 instead, rather than having half of us waiting to get in? Either way, I hope they add a queuing system soon.

Getting into the server occasionally requires one to repeatedly flick between characters and wait for the EU 1 server's 'play' thing to go green.

Friend's list was definitely bugged on the weekend.

Also, with EU1 I found that sometimes it's a bug that the NEXT button is not available to click. A few times I just clicked on the server in the list a few times and eventually it picked it up that it was selected and allowed me to click NEXT.

Might have been some coincidence, but might not.

Planetside2 patches are notorious for downloading slowly and there's a 35mb patch out today, get to it people of the internet.

...and so saying it's actually downloading quicker than a mosquito with nitrous oxide canisters ablaze.

Looks like there's a bit of a queue as well. The big "Play" button, as well as the "Next" button when creating a new character where grayed out for a couple of minutes.
